ANKER106 is the new restaurant at the Rühler Schweiz campsite – open to campers, cyclists, day-trippers and anyone who wants to have a good time by the river.

This is where regional cuisine, a relaxed atmosphere and a view of the Weserbergland come together. Whether it’s breakfast in the morning sun, a break after a bike tour or a sociable evening on our sun terrace – ANKER106 is a place to arrive and linger.

Benjamin combines culinary craftsmanship with a passion for high-quality products. As head chef and part of the management team, he plays a key role in shaping the direction of ANKER106. Whether in the kitchen or behind the bar – his demand for quality and taste brings clarity, freshness and dynamism to the daily operations.
