With an overview, structure and a lot of heart, she ensures that everything runs smoothly at ANKER106. She is responsible for the service and bar, coordinates the team with calm and professionalism and, together with her team, creates a place where guests feel welcome and in good hands.

Benjamin combines culinary craftsmanship with a passion for high-quality products. As head chef and part of the management team, he plays a key role in shaping the direction of ANKER106. Whether in the kitchen or behind the bar – his demand for quality and taste brings clarity, freshness and dynamism to the daily operations.
